**Travelling tryouts / practices range through week Mon-Fri between 6-9pm at the discretion of the coach.

Cornwall & the United Counties Basketball Association The Cornwall & United Counties Basketball Association (CUCBA) has helped grow and support the local basketball community for over 30 years. Thousands of kids have played in the local house leagues, while many also represented their area as members of the Cornwall Lion’s travelling teams.

The CUCBA Mites Program is looking for enthusiastic volunteer coaches to join us for our upcoming season!

⏰ 5:00–7:00 PM

No coaching experience? No problem! If you love basketball, enjoy working with kids, and want to help young athletes learn the fundamentals while having fun, we’d love to hear from you!

Our Monday night mites program is looking for a volunteer youth coach to teach fundamentals to boys and girls ages 5-9 years old. Program runs every Monday from 5-7pm.

We strive for fun and hopefully gain a love for the game and potential future Cornwall Lions players.

BIG NEWS❗️ Strikeout Squad Conditioning Clinics are coming this October and will run year-round!

Throughout my baseball career, I competed at the NCAA Division I and NJCAA Division I levels, earned First Team All-American honours, and spent four years playing college baseball in Texas and Louisiana. During that time, I trained under NCAA strength coaches and experienced firsthand how proper strength, speed, agility, conditioning, and recovery can help develop a complete athlete.

I’m excited to bring that experience home and help local athletes take their performance to the next level. These clinics are for athletes in ALL sports, not just baseball! Every session will focus on overall athletic development in a challenging, positive, and motivating environment.
