The brothers Valiant (3 year old) and Veyron (2 year old) - Von und Zu/ Governor/Sandro Hit - come running when they are called in for their first day of school.
They are so eager and ready and such a delight to work with.
The lesson begins already at the gate, asking them to wait nicely until their halters are on and the gate is open.
Love their calm and eager minds and high trainability.

Bugatti is four and a half month old. I can't believe how much he has grown in the last 6 weeks. That boy is adorable and has a huge personality ❤

For the past week, I have been working with Bentley, my little red firecracker, to get him used to wearing a halter and being led.
This is his brother Bugatti, who is also 4 months old. When I first started training halter with Bugatti, he seemed to say, "oh whatever, just put it on and let me go on eating". So now when Bugatti is in the stable inspecting everything while the whole family have already gone outside, I just put the lead rope on his b***y and walk him out 😂

Bentley and I had a discussion about wearing a halter. He took one look at the pink halter and said, "No Mam" not wearing pink 😂
But when I told him that his brother Bugatti just loved wearing it and that his big sister Montana used to wear it, he accepted it.
Bentley is by Be Sure out of my adorable Danish Warmblood mare Grace. Bentley, who will be 4 months next week, is a big boy. His mamma is 168cm.

Trying to get a bit of in-hand training with my lovely Feline and Grace. They both lived the wild life in BC with lots of bush walks, stepping over rocks and tree stumps. But the two boys were born here in Ontario and only know “flat work” 😂

Today was pedicure day with our awesome farrier Lucas. My little Grulla boy Tiger got his first trim. He was a superstar as always. Of course it helped that his best friend Ole stod by to support him. That little boy is going to make a really nice horse for the show ring.
