With the Stanley Cup being awarded last night, we are reminiscing on this memorable day 15 years ago when Adam McQuaid brought the Stanley Cup to the gym!

After winning hockey's hardest trophy with the Boston Bruins in 2011, Adam brought the cup back home and shared part of his big day with Eli and our young athletes, inspiring the next generation.

What a blast from the past--do you see any familiar faces?

Our Advanced program is for athletes who want to reach the next level, and are willing to put the work in to get there. If that's you, register at elisport.ca. It won't be easy, but you will be a beast in training camp next season.

As Matt Nichol at likes to say, we "do simple things savagely well".

There's no shortcuts, there's no quick fixes, hacks, or fads.

Sure, our athletes get a great package: sessions on the track, gym, infrared heat, with a steam room, cold plunges, you name it. But at the end of the day, the only thing that will separate them from the pack is showing up everyday this summer and executing this program, no matter what.

Year 26 of helping athletes get to the next level. Let's do this.

SPACES STILL AVAILABLE - SAVE YOUR SPOT.

Power Speed Training is the complete package for any athlete looking to take a major step this summer. You can start anytime, and we still have room, although we recommend getting started sooner than later.

Intermediate program pricing starts at $400 per month if you get started this month. This is typically for athletes aged 13-14.
For advanced athletes, pricing starts at $500 per month, as this group trains more frequently, with dynamic sessions that span longer. This group is typically for athletes 16+.

For athletes under the age of 13, visit our website and check out SUPER KIDS & SPEED FOR SPORT programs.

Let's win the off-season this summer.

Please note, we make group decisions based on training experience and maturity, and ages are just a guide.

Throughout his career, Adam McQuaid dominated the off-season, allowing him to compete at the highest level in the world. His natural grit, fearlesness, and work ethic made him one of the toughest customers in the National Hockey League.

Hear him speak to the competitive edge Eli Sport training gave him over his career. He started at age 15 and never looked back. He made many playoff runs with the Boston Bruins including a Stanley Cup win in 2011.

This summer, win the off-season. DM us to learn which program is for you and let’s get started. 💪 Save your spot today!
