Sometimes you just need to run away from your problems… literally. This evening’s run gave me more than a sweaty glow and a killer sunset—it gave me space. As a yoga teacher, I talk a lot about grounding, breath, presence… but some days, I find that same clarity pounding the pavement instead of the mat. Running is moving meditation. It shakes out the stress, clears the mental clutter, and reminds me I’m capable—even when life feels like too much. You don’t have to choose between yoga or running. You can do both.
