A big season ahead for Coach Alex!

Alex is heading into his final year with the Mount Royal University Cougars, competing in U SPORTS and leading the team as captain for his senior season.

Having a coach within our academy who is actively competing at the university level and leading his team as captain is something we’re extremely proud of, and a great example for our players to learn from.

Good luck to Coach Clara as she begins her first season with Kent State University!

Clara is heading into her rookie year competing at the NCAA Division I level, and we couldn’t be more excited to follow her journey and see what she accomplishes.

She’s been such an important part of Elevate and will definitely be missed around our sessions. We’ll be following along from Calgary and cheering her on throughout the entire season.

Wishing you an amazing first year, Clara. Enjoy every moment, compete hard, and make the most of it. We can’t wait to have you back with us during the break!
