The weather (outside of today) is getting better. It's nice to be outside!
It has been a couple of years since we had new kit. We would like to offer some new designs so you can replace the stuff you have put so many enjoyable miles on. The men's and women's designs are below. There will be a store opened shortly and I'll post the link.
Note that the jerseys will be a club fit which is more forgiving than a racing fit but are still snug. We had some samples to try previously and I believe the measurements are on the Champion Systems site. If you are between sizes think about if you want it tight or loose.
The store will be open for about two weeks with delivery of two to three weeks. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Please like, share and let others know the kit is available as not everyone checks FB regularly.
On such a lovely day you hate to look at the forecast. And for good reason!!! The cooler weather will put in another appearance at the end of the week.
The bright side there is one more indoor spin to set you put for spring. Join us on Saturday morning for the final session of the winter! See you there. :-)
The snow is coming! Keep your thoughts of spring and join us on Saturday for a spin. We are back rolling at 8:00 after a week off to refresh!

The UCI World Road Championship are in Montreal (September 20-27) this year. This is in addition to the Grand Prix Cyclist races in Quebec City and Montreal on September 11 and 13th.
Each of these events has festivals and fun associated. Visit their websites for more information.

The sunshine has us all dreaming of summer riding. If you want to add a little more challenge to your training consider Maggie Nichol-Bowen's Wednesday night training spin. 90 minutes of tough, focused intervals followed by 30 minutes of yoga at Motion Fitness in Okotoks. The best of both worlds! The winter sessions run for about another 6 weeks. Maggie can arrange a drop in.
