There’s a WHOLE lot of life between “on track” and “off track.”
Fun fact: I really dislike this terminology because “on track” and “off track” quietly turns food into a moral scorecard.
On track = good, disciplined, doing it right.
Off track = bad, failed, doing it wrong.
The goal isn’t to stay perfectly “on track.”
The goal is to learn how to live in the messy middle — where you can eat the pizza, enjoy it, and move on without guilt, restriction, compensation, or needing to “start over Monday.”
You want something sustainable? Learn to navigate the middle between all or nothing thinking.

Thoughts and Prayers for everyone still planning to stretch at home. 😉💪
Recovery is magic, go stretch.
If you’ve spent 20 years trying to eat less and move more, maybe it’s time to try building muscle and recovering better. These next 20 years and BEYOND can be about building a body that is capable, confident and feeling AMAZING but first we have to stop standing in our own way.
🛑Stop waiting to ‘get in shape’ before joining a gym, an activity or class.
DO: Let me be clear: you DO NOT need to earn your way to exercise. If you have a body then you belong. Everybody has started at the beginning-everyone.
🛑Stop waiting for motivation- doesn’t just happen. It is built through action. Every. Time.
Do: the hard thing, even though it’s scary or intimidating. Do it anyway.
🛑Stop thinking people are watching you. No body cares. They are more invested in themselves- trust me.
DO: SHOW UP anyway.
🛑Stop making excuses. Prioritizing YOU is okay. If you do not have 1 hour then start with 10 minutes.
DO: Schedule your workouts into your calendar. You’d be surprised by looking at how much screen time usage is on your phone, how much time you ACTUALLY have.
🛑Stop the all or nothing mentality. Let be realistic and look at how well this has been sustainable.
DO: Start with a small changes. Strength training gf 2 x per week is wildly underestimated for making a difference if you are starting from zero.
Have you tried this before??

How many summers have to pass?!
Especially in Alberta, summers are too short to spend it covering up, sucking in, and wishing your body looked different.
Wear the damn bathing suit 💕
Adrenal fatigue
Adrenal insufficiency
Insulin resistance
Cortisol imbalance
Hormone imbalance
Inflammation
Metabolic damage
Estrogen dominance
Toxic overload
Nervous system dysregulation
Blood sugar crashes
Gut health issues
Chronic stress response
Thyroid dysfunction
Just because you’re tired, stressed, hungry, gaining weight, sleeping poorly, and surviving on caffeine doesn’t mean you have a rare medical condition.
Sorry.
It’s possible it can be regular old things that have just gotten away from us like:
Not enough sleep
Too much stress
Too little proteinToo little movement
Too much alcohol
Too many ultra-processed foods
Not enough calories during the day
Not enough strength training Or not enough SUN LIGHT
WEAR. THE. DAMN. SHORTS.
No more waiting until you’re leaner, tighter, tanner, or “more confident.”. I’ve been there and it’s an uncomfortable place to be!
Confidence doesn’t come from finally having the perfect body.
It comes from showing up and living your life before you think you’re ready.
So this summer, I’m going to challenge you!
Stop negotiating with your body, wear the damn shorts💕
