PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique) Is a safe, proven method to help dancers develop strength, alignment, and technique. PBT develops muscle memory training, core strength and stability, and weight placement and alignment for dancers of all levels and progressions.

Early Bird Registration is open May 1st-7th for a $30 fee. Starting May 8th, the fee is $50.

Dancers in Tumbling class will get the opportunity to work on high intensity skills. Drills are used to teach dancers safe foundations for high impact movements such as roundoff’s, aerials, layouts, handsprings, and more!
