We brazenly make beef jerky in probably the most inefficient (but delicious) way possible – by hand, not by machine. Our beef is 100% organic and grass fed, marinated in distinctive, yet simple, flavours using fresh and local ingredients wherever possible. We choose to operate this way because this isn’t just our business, it’s our craft.
