As the 2026 OSFL season comes to a close, we want to take a moment to recognize and thank every player, coach, volunteer and family member who helped make this season possible for the Burlington Stampeders.

Football seasons are measured by wins and losses on paper, but the real work happens long before game day. It happens at practice, in the film room, in the planning, in the teaching, in the early arrivals, the late nights, the tough conversations, and the commitment to helping young athletes grow.

To our coaches, thank you.

Thank you for the hours you put in that most people never see. Thank you for teaching the game, building confidence, holding players accountable, and creating an environment where athletes can learn, compete and improve. Coaching football takes patience, preparation, leadership and heart, and our coaches gave that to these teams all season long.

From U10 through U18, every coach played a role in developing not just better football players, but better teammates, better leaders and stronger young people. That impact matters, and it lasts far beyond the final whistle.

To our players, thank you for showing up, working hard, competing with pride and representing Burlington the right way.

To our volunteers, thank you for everything you do behind the scenes to keep this organization moving.

To our families, thank you for the rides, the support, the encouragement and the belief you show every week.

We are proud of every team, every player and every coach who wore the Stampeders colours this season.

Kick off is 7:30 PM on our home field, and we would love to see the stands full of Stampeders support.

The Burlington Stampeders are proud to announce Shak Bennett as Head Coach of the Fall 2026 U14 AAA team.

At the U14 level, leadership, discipline, and preparation matter. Coach Bennett brings a strong sideline presence and the kind of steady direction players need as they continue to develop their game, their confidence, and their understanding of football.

Excited to see this group compete under his leadership this fall.

Playoff football under the lights TONIGHT

The U16 AAA Burlington Stampeders are back at Nelson Stadium TONIGHT at 7:30 PM for the KJ Kenemy Quarterfinal against the Guelph Gryphons.

Our players have put in the work all season, now it is time for a big playoff battle on home turf. Come out, bring the energy, and support these young athletes as they chase the next step.

The U18 AAA Burlington Stampeders head to Windsor Alumni Stadium this Saturday, July 4 at 7:00 PM for the KJ Kenemy Quarterfinal against the Essex Ravens.

This is what the season has been building toward. A tough matchup, a big stage, and a chance to keep moving forward.

BMFA is a non profit organization run by volunteers who give their time because they care about the kids, the game, and the community.
