500 CLASSES FOR JOY!

We’re celebrating Joy and an incredible 500 classes here at OYF!

Joy is truly one of those faces we can always count on seeing in the studio. From yoga and fitness to Pilates, barre, and everything in between, she brings such a positive attitude and gives every class her all.

500 classes is no small accomplishment, and Joy has absolutely been putting in the work. We’re so proud of you and grateful to have you as part of our OYF community.

IMPORTANT‼️PLEASE READ🚨

We know Savasana might not be everyone’s favourite part of class and we also know many of you have busy days ahead. That being said, please remain in Savasana for the final 5 minutes of class. This allows everyone to enjoy this quiet time and is respectful to both your fellow members and your instructor.

If you need to leave early, please let your instructor know BEFORE class and plan to leave before the final Savasana begins, so you can exit without disturbing anyone.

We also know we have a limited number of showers! If you’re showering after class, please be mindful of others waiting and try to keep your shower to approximately 5 minutes.

Thank you for helping us keep the studio respectful and enjoyable for everyone.

It was an absolute honour to be part of the 47th annual Terry Fox Run today at Zwick’s Park. 🫶🏃‍♀️

We’re so grateful to support the Terry Fox Foundation in raising awareness and continuing the fight to find a cure for cancer. Terry’s courage and determination continue to inspire us all and we’re honoured to help carry his legacy forward.

Thank you to our incredible community for coming together, showing up, and supporting such an important cause. Together, we can keep Terry’s dream alive. ❤️

If you’re a member of XSCAPE Fitness, you can come try an Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Belleville class for FREE on Saturday, September 26!
Choose from one of three classes:

All you need to do is arrive 15 minutes early, show your membership pass to front desk, sign our waiver and enjoy the class!
