Champions. 💥 A huge congratulations to our coaches, Coach Ryan & Coach Mackenzie for taking 1st Place in the RX Division at the UG Series this Saturday!

Competing against hundreds of teams from across Ontario in Canada’s largest outdoor fitness competition, they showcased exactly what disciplined training, consistency, and grit can achieve. We couldn’t be more proud to have them leading by example.

This weekend was also a massive milestone for our community, with 20+ ONFitness members stepping onto the competition floor across multiple divisions. Watching so many athletes put months of hard work into action was inspiring, and every single competitor represented our community with strength, resilience, and heart.

At ONFitness, we don’t just train for workouts, we build athletes who are prepared for anything. Our programming develops real-world strength, endurance, conditioning, and confidence, giving members the tools to perform whether they’re chasing the podium, tackling their first competition, or simply becoming the strongest version of themselves.

Congratulations to every athlete who competed. Your dedication makes this community what it is!

We’re hosting a CPR training course, 4 hours certification led by Paramedic Rob. Certified by Red Cross of Canada CPR-C (child and adult certification), valid for 3 years.
