🏒 Join the U18 AAA Bisons Coaching Staff

The Airdrie U18 AAA Bisons, in partnership with Village Sports’ Global Sport Academy, are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated coach to join the program in a unique dual-role position.

This full-time opportunity combines a role as Assistant Coach with the U18 AAA Bisons while also serving as a Global Sport Academy Hockey Coach, working with student-athletes in both Airdrie and Springbank.

If you’re passionate about developing athletes, building meaningful relationships, and creating a competitive, team-first environment, we’d love to hear from you.

This role includes:

🏒 Assisting with U18 AAA practices, games, off-ice training and team development

🏒 Providing individual player feedback while helping build a positive, high-performance culture

🏒 Planning and delivering engaging on-ice, off-ice and classroom sessions through Global Sport Academy

🏒 Recruiting student-athletes and developing strong relationships with players and families

🏒 Supporting academic accountability, character development and long-term athlete growth

We’re looking for someone who has:

✔️ 2+ years of coaching experience
✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔️ A passion for developing young athletes
✔️ A collaborative, growth-minded approach
✔️ Previous high-level playing experience (an asset)
✔️ Recruiting or sales experience (an asset)

📍 Location: Airdrie & Springbank

📅 Start Date: September 1, 2026
