WARM-UP SESSIONS ARE ESSENTIAL

Proper preparation is key to a safe and enjoyable marathon experience. Before the race, all participants are encouraged to take part in the warm-up session to prepare their bodies for the physical demands of running. Warm-up activities such as light stretching, skipping, and leg swings help improve flexibility, increase blood circulation, and reduce the risk of injury.

For the past seven years, Palapye Marathon have proudly delivered an injury-free race and we remain committed to maintaining this outstanding safety record.

BIUST ACTIVATION DONE - SEROWE NEXT!

Thank you to all the runners who made it over the weekend, for the first time we had the last 10Km sweeper clocking a sub 1:30. Congratulations to our pacers.

BIUST ACTIVATION ROUTE MAP

Route for 5kms & 10kms

From the BIUST tennis/volleyball courts turn right then straight, next turn right at four way (student hostels), then turn right again heading straight up to the main gate and passing through to the last stop outside biust campus next to khurumela junction and make a U-turn and follow the same route to finish your course.
