Mazottie FC are Southern Block Champions! 🏆 👏 The Gaborone Region side qualified for the DTCB Women’s Championships semi-finals, 25-26 July after wins over Makufa SC from Kweneng Region and host Region representatives- Maletamotse SC. Mazottie FC have also secured a spot in the National Women’s Football League- South Stream.

In today’s match, Maletamotse Sporting club secured 2nd place with a 4-0 win over Makufa SC.

Congratulations to all teams for a competitive weekend. All the spectators who filled the grounds under unfavourable weather conditions- you are appreciated. Le kamoso betsho.

The match between Maletamotse Sporting club and Matebele FC did not take place as scheduled this morning. The matter is currently under review by the Southern Block Organising Committee following a submission by Matebele FC.

Mazottie FC won 4-1 in their morning fixture against Makufa. In the afternoon, Mazottie FC secured the maximum 6 points after a 1-0 victory over Maletamotse FC.
