The 7th Edition of the Find The Ball Netball Tournament proudly welcomes Obuile Ramosesane, one of Botswana's promising match officials, to its panel of elite umpires.

Obuile is an Africa B Graded Umpire, having earned his grading in 2019 during the Africa Men's Championships held in Polokwane, Limpopo, South Africa. His journey is one of perseverance, dedication and an unwavering commitment to mastering the art of officiating.

His hard work was rewarded in 2025 when he received his first appointment to officiate at the Africa Netball Cup in Malawi. Competing alongside some of the continent's finest officials, Obuile delivered impressive performances throughout the tournament, further establishing himself as one of Botswana's emerging talents in netball officiating.

Known for his composure, consistency and sound application of the World Netball Rules, Obuile continues to grow with every assignment, earning the confidence of players, coaches and fellow officials alike.

We are delighted to welcome Obuile Ramosesane to the 7th Edition of the Find The Ball Netball Tournament, where his expertise will contribute to maintaining the high standards of officiating that define the competition.

The 7th Edition of the Find The Ball Netball Tournament is proud to welcome Neo Orpen from Lesotho, an accomplished Africa B Graded Umpire and one of the country's leading netball officials.

Neo has established himself as a respected figure in African netball officiating, earning appointments to major regional and continental competitions. His most recent international assignment came at the 2025 Africa Netball Cup in Malawi, where he officiated alongside some of Africa's top umpires, demonstrating his ability to manage matches at the highest level.

As one of Lesotho's premier officials, Neo has played an active role in regional umpiring development and training programmes, contributing to the continued growth and professionalism of netball officiating across Southern Africa.

Known for his confidence, consistency and sound application of the World Netball Rules, Neo brings experience and professionalism that will further strengthen the high-quality panel of officials assembled for this year's tournament.

The 7th Edition of the Find The Ball Netball Tournament is pleased to welcome Brighton Mumba from Zambia, one of the rising stars in African netball officiating.

Brighton is an Africa B Graded Umpire whose career continues to gather momentum on the continental stage. In 2025, he made his debut at the Africa Netball Cup in Malawi, officiating in the Men's Category. His outstanding performances throughout the tournament earned him one of the highest honours for any umpire, selection to officiate the Championship Final.

His appointment to the final was a clear endorsement of his confidence, consistency and ability to manage matches at the highest level of African netball.

As Find The Ball continues to attract elite clubs and top officials from across Southern Africa, Brighton's presence further strengthens the quality of officiating that players and supporters can expect throughout the tournament.

The 7th Edition of the Find The Ball Netball Tournament proudly welcomes one of Botswana's finest officials, Merapelo Karabo, to its elite panel of umpires.

Merapelo is an Africa A Graded Umpire, whose remarkable rise through the officiating ranks is a testament to his talent, discipline and dedication to the game. During the 2019 Men's Championships in Polokwane, Limpopo, his exceptional performances and outstanding fitness earned him direct promotion from Africa C to Africa A, bypassing the Africa B grade altogether. This rare achievement speaks volumes about the confidence that assessors placed in his ability.

His continental journey continued with appointments to the 2024 Africa Netball Cup in Namibia and the 2025 Africa Netball Cup in Malawi, both in the Men's Division. At the 2025 tournament, Merapelo once again demonstrated his quality, earning the honour of officiating the Championship Final, one of the highest accolades for any umpire.

Known for his consistency, excellent game management and calm authority on court, Merapelo represents the high standard of officiating that has become synonymous with the Find The Ball Netball Tournament.

The Botswana Defence Force Sporting Club is honoured to have one of Botswana's top officials officiating at the 7th Edition of Find The Ball, where his experience will contribute to a fair, competitive and memorable tournament.

The Elite Women's Category is the flagship division of Find The Ball Netball Tournament. This is where champions are made, rivalries are renewed and the finest clubs battle for the biggest prize of the tournament.

Returning to defend their title are the 2025 Find The Ball Champions and reigning Botswana Netball Association Champions, Jwaneng Netball Club. Having conquered Botswana last year, they now face their toughest challenge yet as they seek to retain the coveted Find The Ball crown.

Standing in their way are some of the strongest clubs the region has to offer. Making their debut are Zimbabwe Premier Netball League leaders ZDF Queens, a dominant force in Zimbabwean netball whose arrival adds another exciting dimension to this year's competition.

Joining them are Green Lightning Netball Club of Eswatini, a club renowned for its competitive spirit and ambition to make its mark on the regional stage.

Representing the Mountain Kingdom of Lesotho are LDF Netball CLUB, a disciplined and talented side carrying the hopes of Basotho as they seek to announce themselves among the region's elite. Together with Botswana's finest clubs, these regional giants promise to deliver four days of fast-paced, high-quality netball where every match could produce a new champion.

The Elite Women's Category is more than a competition. It is a celebration of excellence, a showcase of the best women's netball in the region, and the centrepiece of a tournament that continues to grow in stature with every edition.

Men's netball continues to grow across Southern Africa, producing athletes whose power, athleticism and tactical awareness have transformed the game into an exciting spectacle.

The Find The Ball Tournament is one of the regional platforms where elite men's clubs can compete against quality opposition, making this category one of the most anticipated features of the tournament.

The Men's Category has become a symbol of the tournament's commitment to developing netball across all divisions while creating opportunities for athletes to showcase their talent on a regional stage.

This category is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of stars by providing young athletes with the opportunity to compete against their mates.

These young players will compete for more than medals and trophies. They will compete for experience, growth, pride and the opportunity to announce themselves on one of the biggest club netball stages in the region.

Introducing Abiel Lekulo from Lesotho, a distinguished Africa A Award netball umpire whose reputation for professionalism and excellence continues to grow across the continent.

Lekulo has established himself as one of Africa's leading match officials, having officiated at both the 2024 and 2025 Africa Netball Cup tournaments. These prestigious appointments reflect his consistency, technical expertise and ability to manage high-pressure matches at the highest level of African netball.

His appointment to the Find The Ball Tournament further strengthens an already impressive team of officials, ensuring that players compete under world-class officiating and the highest standards of fairness and integrity.

As Find The Ball continues to attract top clubs and officials from across the SADC region, the presence of experienced umpires like Abiel Lekulo reinforces the tournament's reputation as one of Southern Africa's premier club netball competitions.

The 7th Edition of the Find The Ball Netball Tournament is honoured to welcome Eichab Ambrosious from Namibia, one of the continent's most respected match officials.

An Africa A Graded Umpire, Eichab has built an impressive officiating career at both national and international level. His experience includes appointments at the Africa Netball Cup (Men's Division), the World Netball Under-21 Youth World Cup Africa Qualifiers, and the COSANA Under-19 Championships, where he has consistently demonstrated the highest standards of officiating.

Known for his firm, decisive and professional approach, Eichab is a no-nonsense umpire who applies the World Netball Rules with confidence, consistency and complete impartiality. His ability to maintain discipline, protect player safety and ensure fairness has earned him the respect of players, coaches and fellow officials across Africa.

Away from the court, Eichab enjoys listening to gospel music as part of his pre-match routine, helping him prepare mentally for the challenge ahead. After the final whistle, he enjoys relaxing with a traditional Namibian favourite, oshikandela.

His presence at Find The Ball reflects the tournament's commitment to delivering world-class officiating and providing a competitive environment that matches the calibre of teams participating from across the region.
