BOTESSA MAKES HISTORY 🇧🇼🏉

For the first time ever, BOTESSA will send a team sport to the World University Championship!

Our Botswana Ladies Rugby 7s Team will represent Botswana at the 2026 World University Rugby 7s Championship in Stellenbosch, South Africa.

They’ll be going up against some of the best in the world: Australia, Canada, France, Ireland, Japan, USA, and hosts South Africa.

This is a huge milestone for the Association and for student sport in Botswana.

CUCSA GABORONE 2O26 COMES TO AN END

After a tough battle for the whole week the teams made the final parade. The Team finished 3rd overall.

Well done Team Botswana. We celebrate, recoup and prepare for Zambia 2028.

Congratulations to the newest 200M CUCSA Champion Omphile Calvin. He ran 20:55 to take the gold with Team South Africa taking Silver and Bronze.
