Today’s theme was Blue Tops & Black Bottoms, and our Evolve family understood the assignment! 💙🖤🙌🏾

Evolve Fitness took on the beautiful Sepitswana Hill Repeats in Ramotswa — and what a run it was! 🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♂️💪🏾

The inclines definitely tested our legs and our determination, but the views, the energy and the team spirit made every climb worth it! 🔥🙌🏾

Yesterday, we traded our usual Gaborone routes for a beautiful scenic run from Boatle to Mmankgodi. 🌿🏃🏾‍♂️ What a refreshing experience running outside the city, taking in the views, good vibes and great company!
