We met at 17. ❤️
Three years later we got married. We were young, already had our firstborn, and for reasons I still can’t fully explain, I decided to marry this man ON HIS BIRTHDAY. So every September 2nd this household has entirely too much to celebrate.
Happy Birthday, baby! 🎂❤️ And Happy 15th Anniversary to US. 🥂
15 years married.
4 kids.
Living abroad together.
Moving back home.
Building a business together.
A LOT of growing up.
A LOT of learning.
And probably a few thousand “what do you want to eat?” conversations that went absolutely nowhere. 😭😂
We really did grow up together.
People thought we got married too young. Maybe we did. Lol We certainly didn’t have everything figured out. But we fought hard for what we have, built a life together, raised four beautiful children and we’re still learning each other as we grow and change.
And one thing about me, you won’t see me putting every intimate detail of our marriage on social media. Marriage is between two people. Some things are sacred, and some parts of our story simply belong to us. ❤️
Our marriage isn’t perfect. We aren’t perfect. But it’s REAL.
We’ve loved each other, annoyed each other, grown together, worked together, raised babies together and somehow decided owning a business together wasn’t enough togetherness.
And 15 years later… here we are.
From two 17-year-olds who had absolutely NO idea what they were getting themselves into… to four kids, a business and a whole life later. 🥹❤️
Happy 15th Anniversary to us.
And Happy Birthday to the man who has never had to worry about forgetting our anniversary. ❤️🥂

Sometimes things don’t go the way you planned.
The answer doesn’t come when you want it.
The opportunity doesn’t work out how you pictured it.
The timing feels completely off.
And sometimes the hardest thing to do is… nothing.
Be still. Rest in it. Stop trying to force every outcome.
What’s meant to come together will. What needs to shift will shift. And sometimes, with a little time, you’ll understand why it couldn’t happen the way you wanted it to.
I’m learning that not everything needs an immediate reaction. Some things just need time.
Anybody else learning to be still instead of trying to fix everything? 👇🏽

“I’ve been where you are before. Before I dropped 150 lbs, before I became certified, before I owned my 💩. It’s never easy, but we must keep going.”
I don’t just want you to leave my class sweaty (dripping). I want you to walk out feeling proud, like you did something you weren’t sure you could do when you walked in.
I’m paying attention the whole time. I know when you need a little push, when you need some encouragement, and when you just need someone to remind you that you’re stronger than you think.
Because coaching is about more than counting reps or putting together a great playlist. It’s about seeing the people in front of you, meeting them where they are, and helping them keep going when they’re ready to give up on themselves. I’ve been where you are before. Before I dropped 150 lbs, before I became certified, before I owned my 💩. It’s never easy, but we must keep going.
That’s why I’m intentional about every workout, every bit of energy, and every person in the room.

Moms, what are you doing for YOU lately?
The mom that hums to the song and the mom that makes sure everybody gets fed and nurtured.
Same woman. Different responsibilities.

Keep showing up. Mind over matter. 💪🏽
I want to set a standard for my clients, my kids, and most importantly, myself: keep showing up. Keep pushing. Give it everything you’ve got.
Life will test you, but you get to decide how you respond.
And tonight? These pull-ups were how I chose to end the day. Tired or not… I had a little more in me. 🖤
Post the content. Your people will find you. ❤️
Your content doesn’t have to be perfect, that’s something I had to learn. Some people won’t like anything you do simply because it’s you, and that’s okay.
They don’t know how hard you work, how many hats you wear, or what it takes to keep showing up.
Stay true to yourself, God, and the people you love who genuinely love you back. Give yourself grace, post anyway, and let your people find you.

Of all the things I can give my children, I pray one of the greatest is a relationship with God and with each other. 🙏🏽
The world will celebrate you, challenge you, stretch you and sometimes disappoint you. But I hope you always remember this is home. A place where you are loved, nurtured, prayed for and reminded of who you are.
We are each other’s first community. Our first village. So wherever life takes you, stay close to God, stay close to each other, and always know you have somewhere to come home to. 🥹❤️
