Taking a moment to wish two moms that help out at Treehouse a Happy Birthday! Ms Gail is our plant 🪴 mom and is usually here reviving our plants on Tuesdays. And Ms Sonya (who refuses to be photographed 😎 hence the second pic) is also celebrating her special day today. Ms Sonya is the reason Treehouse smells particularly good on Saturdays ✨👌🏾 We’re very grateful for these two Virgos who sprinkle their Virgo energy here at Treehouse by keeping us on our toes and fresh and clean. Both Caitlin and Dwight are new yoga teachers which means they bring a beginner’s mind to their classes. Although the speed of Hatha and Vinyasa are very different both teachers focus on alignment and finding the balance between effort and ease.
