حصدت شركة نسيج جائزة مبادرة “أقوى 50 شركة بحرينية 2026”، التي أطلقتها صحيفة البلاد لتكريم أبرز الشركات الوطنية أداءً وتأثيرًا في الاقتصاد البحريني، وذلك خلال حفل أقيم في فندق الخليج.
وقد شهد الحفل حضور سعادة وزير الصناعة والتجارة، السيد عبد الله بن عادل فخرو، ورئيس مجلس إدارة غرفة تجارة وصناعة البحرين، السيد سمير عبد الله ناس، إلى جانب نخبة من القيادات الاقتصادية ورواد الأعمال، وذلك لتسليط الضوء على إنجازات الشركات البحرينية الرائدة في مختلف القطاعات.

Naseej has been honored with the “Top 50 Bahraini Companies 2026” award, an initiative launched by Al Bilad Newspaper to recognize the most outstanding and impactful national companies contributing to Bahrain’s economy. The award was presented during a ceremony held at the Gulf Hotel, Manama, Bahrain.
The event was attended by HE Mr. Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro, Minister of Industry and Commerce, and Mr. Sameer Abdulla Nass, Chairman of Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, along with a distinguished guests and leaders. The event served to highlight the achievements of Bahrain’s leading companies across various sectors.

Naseej is pleased to announce the launch of the 2026 “Aafaq” University Internship Program. The two-month program will run from 1 July to 31 August 2026 and is designed to provide university students with valuable real-world work experience in a professional environment related to their fields of study.

Naseej achieves smart housing innovation award for the Nasayim Arad smart villa project

Highlights from Naseej’s participation at The Bahrain Smart Cities Summit 2026, where Naseej’s CEO Mr. Amin Al Arrayed showcased the company’s vision for developing sustainable and smart urban communities, highlighting the Nasayim Arad project as a model for smart housing in the Kingdom.

وقّعت شركة نسيج اتفاقية مع خليجي بنك لتقديم عروض تمويلية خاصة وحصرية لعملاء البنك ضمن برنامجي التمويل الإسكاني “مزايا” و”تسهيل+”، وذلك لشراء فلل مشروع نسايم عراد الكائن في منطقة عراد.

وتشمل العروض عددًا من المزايا التنافسية، من بينها فترة سماح لمدة 6 أشهر، ومعدلات تمويل تنافسية، بالإضافة إلى الإعفاء من الرسوم الإدارية، بما يسهّل على العملاء امتلاك منزلهم ضمن أحد مشاريع نسيج السكنية المتكاملة.

Naseej has signed an agreement with Khaleeji Bank to offer special and exclusive financing solutions for the bank’s customers under the “Mazaya” and “Tas’heel+” housing finance programs, for the purchase of villas in Naseej’s Nasayim Arad project located in Arad.

The offers include a range of competitive benefits, including a 6-month grace period, competitive financing rates, and an exemption from administrative fees, making homeownership more accessible within one of Naseej’s integrated residential developments.

وقّعت شركة نسيج اتفاقية مع شركة بتلكو، إحدى شركات Beyon، لتطبيق تقنيات المنازل الذكية ضمن مشروعها الإسكاني الجديد في مدينة سلمان، والمكوّن من 24 وحدة سكنية ضمن برنامج حقوق تطوير الأراضي الحكومية بالشراكة مع القطاع الخاص.

وتُعد هذه المبادرة الأولى من نوعها على مستوى مشاريع الإسكان في مملكة البحرين، بما يعكس التزام نسيج بتطوير حلول سكنية حديثة تعزز جودة الحياة وتواكب متطلبات المجتمعات الذكية.

Naseej has signed an agreement with Batelco, part of the Beyon Group, to implement Smart Home Technology within its new housing project in Madinat Salman, comprising 24 residential units under the Government Land Development Rights Program in partnership with the private sector.

This initiative marks the first of its kind within housing projects in the Kingdom of Bahrain, reflecting Naseej’s commitment to developing modern residential solutions that enhance quality of life and support the evolution of smart communities.

وقّعت شركة نسيج اتفاقية مع شركة شبكة البحرين “بي نت” لربط مشروع أمواج أڤنيو بشبكة الفايبر، وذلك على هامش مشاركتها في معرض البحرين للمدن الذكية 2026.

وتأتي هذه الاتفاقية في إطار حرص نسيج على تعزيز البنية التحتية الرقمية في مشاريعها، بما يدعم خدمات النطاق العريض والاتصالات الرقمية، ويسهم في تطوير مجتمعات ذكية ومستدامة تواكب توجهات التحول الرقمي في مملكة البحرين.

Naseej has signed an agreement with Bahrain Network “BNET” to connect the Amwaj Avenue project to the fiber network, as part of its participation at the Bahrain Smart Cities Summit 2026.

The agreement reflects Naseej’s commitment to enhancing the digital infrastructure across its developments by supporting broadband and digital connectivity services, while contributing to the development of smart and sustainable communities aligned with Bahrain’s digital transformation goals.

تشارك شركة نسيج في قمة البحرين للمدن الذكية بنسختها التاسعة كراعٍ بلاتيني للعام الرابع على التوالي، وذلك في فندق الخليج بالمنامة خلال الفترة من 30 يونيو إلى 1 يوليو 2026.

وتستعرض نسيج خلال القمة رؤيتها في توظيف التقنيات الذكية ضمن مشاريع السكن الميسر، من خلال تجربة مشروع نسايم عراد كنموذج سكني يعكس مفاهيم الحياة العصرية والاستدامة.

Naseej is participating as a Platinum Sponsor at the 9th Bahrain Smart Cities Summit for the fourth consecutive year, held at Gulf Hotel Bahrain in Manama from 30 June to 1 July 2026.

Through this participation, Naseej will showcase its approach to integrating smart technologies within affordable housing projects, with Nasayim Arad presented as a residential model that reflects modern living and sustainability.
