Modern training tends to reward strength, speed and output. Yet many athletes are walking around with tight hips, stiff shoulders, nagging aches and a nervous system that’s permanently switched on.

Yoga isn’t about becoming more flexible for the sake of it.

It’s about moving better, recovering better, breathing better and building resilience that carries over into everything else you do.

Strength matters.

But so does the ability to move well enough to enjoy it for years to come.
