How many times today did you switch between emails, messages, meetings, notifications, and the task you were actually trying to complete?

Uninterrupted attention - this is the real deficit of fast-paced workplaces.

And one of the reasons why I help high-performing teams stay sharp under pressure: through practical tools that improve focus, resilience, and sustainable performance during the workday.

Recently, I had the opportunity to pitch my business alongside inspiring women entrepreneurs as part of the programme by She Did It.

Grateful to my coach and .be team (video by them) for creating a space where founders can challenge their ideas, strengthen their message, and learn from one another.

And yes... standing up and pitching your business in front of a room full of entrepreneurs is its own resilience practice. 😉

What if taking care of yourself didn’t require extra time, special clothes, or pushing through discomfort?

This workshop is designed for people who are busy, often mentally overloaded, and aware that their body needs attention - but don’t have the time or tools to deal with it properly.

Using the SHAPE Method, you’ll learn how to reduce tension, build awareness, and feel better in ways that fit into your day, not disrupt it.

Through movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation, we’ll work through the areas that tend to carry the most - neck, shoulders, back, hips, wrists, and feet - and introduce stress-relief practices you can use in under five minutes.

These are the kinds of tools that help you stay clear under pressure and make your energy more sustainable over time.

You’ll leave with a personalised 10-minute mini-plan and handouts including:

🫁 2-minute breath awareness
🧍‍♀️ 5-minute movement routine
🌙 3-minute evening meditation

If you want something you can actually use - not just during the workshop, but in your everyday life - join us.

Here’s what I’d tell my 26-year-old corporate burned out self about managing stress.

It is not about managing ‘stress’, it is all about managing your stressors and your reactions to them!

‘Stress management’ is a cliche, it’s just not convenient to name it ‘stressor/stress reaction management’.

The first step is to identify patterns: when you feel stressed, what happened immediately before that?

This is part of what we do in my 8-week group program for high-performing professionals.

It includes ancient wisdom-inspired tools of movement + mindfulness + meditation adapted for people with a demanding lifestyle and backed up by studies showing that in just 8 weeks you can alleviate your stress by more than 30%.

At the end of the program, you will have a personalised two-part resilience recipe:

✅ first, a tested checklist of your stress triggers identifiers
✅ second, a customised toolkit of stress-management practices easy to integrate in your daily life at and outside of work.

Here’s what my client says about working with me:

🗣️‘I think it’s important to be prepared for when stress hits. Understanding these tools can benefit not only me but also my colleagues and those around me. Understanding the theory has helped me to organise my knowledge and streamline my routine.’ - Sheng-Yi Ye

When your body stops compensating… and starts getting your attention…

…it shows up in small ways first.

A hip that feels off when you walk. Shoulders that stay tense even when you try to relax. A back that hurts after a good night’s sleep.

If you’re working long hours, spending time on screens, moving less than you’d like, and juggling a lot at once - your body adapts to that.

Over time, those adaptations turn into habitual patterns!

*** I invite you to the series of events in Cyprus to understand those patterns properly. ***

You’ll learn how to recognise tension earlier, how to move in a way that supports you, and how to adjust when you don’t have much time.

📍 Cyprus, Lea’s Women Center
📅 Wednesday, 22 April - Friday, 24 April
⏰ 10:30 - 12:30
BONUS: If you teach, this series is part of my YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education) offering

What you’ll take with you:

• a clearer understanding of how your body responds to your lifestyle
• practical ways to release tension without forcing it
• movement that supports you instead of exhausting you
• tools to manage stress in real time
• more awareness of how physical, mental, and emotional patterns connect

Do you need special clothes to stretch at your desk?

In most cases, no.

If something only works when you change outfits, need special equipment, and block 30 minutes in your calendar, you’re unlikely to do it consistently.

What matters more is whether it fits into your actual day.

In this video, I’m doing the stretch in a jacket - but:

🪄 The point is not the outfit. The point is that your body needs movement on a regular basis.
🪄 If you spend hours typing, your shoulders will usually be where you feel it. Probably first as just stiffness.

Try this stretch during the day, not only when the discomfort becomes obvious.

Do you want to look in detail at what’s happening in your body and learn how to integrate the right tools into your real life?

I work with clients 1:1 to design customised tools for movement, mindfulness, meditation. Here’s what one of my clients shared:

🗣️ ‘These sessions have helped me find a way to learn to pause and reflect during stressful moments, allowing me to gather my thoughts.’ - Sarah De Roover

You close your laptop at the end of the day, but your body is still at work.

Your shoulders stay tense. Your jaw is tight. Your mind keeps replaying conversations that are already over.

This is where most people misunderstand well-being. They think it’s about reaching balance, as if there is a point where everything finally settles ⚖️

In reality, you are constantly 🔂 adjusting.

Your physical state, your attention, and your emotional responses move together. When one shifts, the others follow.

Well-being becomes more understandable when you learn how to read these signals. Not ‘hypothetically’, but in the middle of your workday. You notice what is slightly off, and you know what to adjust before it builds up.

👉 This is the focus of my work 👈

Through my SHAPE Method I help professionals build that awareness and translate it into practical actions they can use during a normal working day:

1️⃣ Start - set an intention
2️⃣ Honesty - about where you are
3️⃣ Aim - what to focus on
4️⃣ Practice - steps to follow
5️⃣ Evolution - conclude and continue

If you want to understand your own patterns and build a way of working that supports your energy, DM or comment YES for details.
