KUFA Bangladesh™ is a commercial youth sports infrastructure and development firm committed to building sustainable youth sports ecosystems, creating opportunities for athletes, and developing the future of sports through professionally managed initiatives.

However, the EFI Foundation Presents KUFA Inter-School League Season 1 is being conducted as an official event segment of Dhaka Youth Carnival, a non-commercial and non-profit initiative dedicated to creating meaningful social impact through youth engagement.

Accordingly, for this event only, any surplus or profits generated after covering operational expenses will not be distributed as commercial earnings. Instead, they will be allocated towards supporting registered organizations and initiatives working for social causes, community development, youth empowerment, education, and related charitable efforts.

This arrangement applies exclusively to KUFA Inter-School League Season 1 as part of the Dhaka Youth Carnival initiative and should not be interpreted as the operating model of KUFA Bangladesh™'s other present or future commercial activities.

We remain committed to transparency, accountability, and ensuring that this event delivers meaningful value to both the sporting community and society at large.
