Sitting by this icy lake,
looking at the quiet mountains,
I remembered something simple.

Everything is temporary.

If life feels good right now,

slow down… enjoy it.
If life feels heavy,
don’t lose hope.

This phase will pass too.

Even these mountains will change one day.

So will our pain.
So will our joy.
