Daily Morning Drink to Boost Immunity & Circulation 🏋️💪🏽

💡 Pro tip (very important)

Keep it balanced:

* 1 small beetroot
* ½ inch ginger
* ½ tsp turmeric (or small fresh piece)
* Add water

🥤 How often can you drink it?

* Best: 3–5 times per week
* Or: Daily in small quantity (1 small glass / shot)
* Take it in the morning on an empty stomach for best results

⚠️ Who should be careful?

* People with low blood pressure (beetroot can lower it more)
* People with kidney stones (beetroot has oxalates)
* People on blood thinners (turmeric + ginger can thin blood more)
* Pregnant women: small amounts are okay, but avoid strong doses.

NASM - Senior Fitness Specialisation (NASM-SFS)

😊I have been training senior citizens aged 50 and above in my country 🇧🇩for the past few years. Many of them struggle with injuries and have a strong fear of strength or resistance training, often focusing only on walking as their primary form of exercise.

This inspired me to further educate myself in this area. I am truly grateful that PFC Malaysia has given me the opportunity to pursue this certification, allowing me to gain valuable knowledge that I can apply to my clients.

Through this, I aim to teach them how to safely perform strength training as they age and help them understand how important it is for their overall health and well-being🇧🇩💪🏽🏋️
