Nan lo ta yegando 5 dia prome pa climatisa na e haltura di Ibagué, preparando pa competi cu e mihor landadornan di region.

Actually.. a few more hours.. ✈️

Alarm went off at 3:30 AM! ⏰
Together with two friends, we helped spray the hardworking CMB team with Neutrogena sunscreen before they started their walk in Arikok. ☀️🥾

Afterwards, we headed straight to swim training at 7:30 AM. 🏊🏽‍♀️

An early start, but a great reminder that focus, discipline, and helping others always make the day worthwhile.
