Public dance challenge: attempt no. 2 💃🕺💃🕺

This was fun we set up for a while out the front of the H**p Store Australia and Had alot of great conversations with people about dancing and a couple of them even jumped in the circle and whipped out some dance moves

We’re taught to keep going.

To achieve more.
To be productive.
To care for everyone else.
To always be working towards the next thing.

But you are not a machine.

You don’t need to constantly produce to be worthy, successful or enough.

there is so much power in remembering that rest is not a reward for doing enough.

Rest is a necessity.

Your body needs space to breathe.
Your nervous system needs time to soften.
Your creativity needs room to wander.
And sometimes, the most important thing you can do is absolutely nothing.

You are allowed to pause.
You are allowed to slow down.
You are allowed to simply be.
