John uses his wheelchair twice a week with Igknight to head out of the house, get shopping and complete chores whilst having fun on the bike track with his mentor ☺️

Today we pause to remember and honour the courage, sacrifice, and resilience of all who have served and continue to serve.
On ANZAC Day, we reflect on the spirit of mateship, bravery, and unity that defines our nation.
We will remember them. Lest we forget. ❤️
