Far too long before hunts!!!
Quick trip before Christmas and the young fulla nailed it. One each on the count of 3, then dropped the buck on the run. Steaks & sausages on the holiday BBQ.

A little tip I was shown about scanning your ground, right to left as it slows your eyes down.
As when we scan left to right like we read out eyes are trained to skip things.

The back strap or back steak 🥩 is the best cut of meat when harvesting wild game!!
Simply dress with olive oil and salt & pepper before throwing it on the BBQ.
