Sessions will resume from a Oct. 19.

Pls note the small change to Wednesday's class timing. It starts at 7.10 AM now, instead of 7. That will help you escape some of the peak-hour rush and also allow enough time to park at Victoria Rd (clearway begins at 7). Hope this works for the majority! 🙏🏽😍💃🏽🕺🏼

Join my BollyX dance fitness classes every Wednesday 7-8 PM (Rhodes) and Sundays 9.30 AM (West Ryde)

An average BollyX class helps you burn about 400 calories, gets you 5K-6K steps under your belt, improves your hand-eye coordination, body balance - all that while having tonnes of fun!

Class fees: $15 per session or $75 for a 5-class pass
No contracts or term fees (pay as you go)

I’m moving my Sunday classes, effective immediately, to a brand new and beautiful venue in West Ryde (a short walk from the train station.)

If you only come on Wednesdays, this change does not affect you! If you join via Zoom, this doesn’t affect you either.

1 Graf Ave, West Ryde, 2114 (Off Victoria Rd)

Parking at Woolworths and Coles (2-hour free and street parking around too)

Public Transport:
If you’re coming by train, get off at West Ryde station (second stop from Rhodes on the same line) and walk towards the shopping arcade. It’s a leisurely 5-min walk.

Bus: Both 500X (from CBD) and 501 (from Pyrmont) stop at West Ryde station. So it’s quite convenient.
