It sucks not being able to just pick up where you left off… from 3 years prior.

Our aim is to guide you back into training through a measured, structured and consistent approach. Definitely not maxing out on day 1 😅😂

If you want to get stronger, you have to lift and push yourself a little.

Most people grossly underestimate how much they should be lifting.

Stopping with 3-4 reps in the tank is a good start, or even as simple as doing “2 more reps” each set can help you get a better understanding of how much you can actually lift.

As you understand yourself and what you can do, you can then make adjustments either going heavier or lighter to get the right stimulus to get strong 💪🏽

Stephen did CrossFit before BBB Darlo. Loved it, but it was 110% five days a week, fun for a while, not sustainable.

A year in and the story’s different. Down 6kg, dropped 5% body fat, and back doing multiple pull-ups after breaking seven ribs took that strength away.

“What I’ve enjoyed about the training and the programming here is that it’s been sustainable. You still progress, you can see the gains, but you’re not killing yourself all the time.”

Consistency looks boring from the outside. From where Stephen’s standing, it’s the exact thing he needs right now.

You'd be surprised how much food 1500 calories actually is.

Performance is a great way to see if you’re moving from A to B.

Everyone has goals when they join a gym. Lose a few kilos. Get stronger. Improve your fitness. Lift more. Move better.

And you should absolutely track those things.

But don’t let the numbers scare you when they aren’t going up.

And definitely don’t let them stop you from coming to the gym.

Because for most of us, we’re not trying to become elite athletes. We’re not chasing world records. We’re not trying to win the CrossFit Games.

We’re trying to become a little fitter, a little stronger and a little healthier than we were before.

And that doesn’t happen overnight.

You don’t need to beat your numbers every session. You don’t need to train at 100% every time you walk through the door. And you certainly don’t need to feel like every workout has to be your best workout.

Sometimes you’re there to improve.

Sometimes you’re there to learn something.

Sometimes you’re there because your mates are there.

And sometimes you’re there because training is just something you enjoy doing.

That’s the point.

Performance should be a metric, not the metric.

Because fitness isn’t a sport.

It’s something you do to improve your life, your strength, your health, your confidence, your energy and your ability to keep doing the things you enjoy for a long time.

Train hard when it makes sense.

Progress when you can.

But don’t forget to enjoy the process.

Most people don’t need more motivation.

They need fewer decisions inside the session.

Because what actually kills progress isn’t lack of effort, it’s what happens between the effort.

Picking weights on the fly.

 Guessing rest times.

Repeating the same sets and hoping something changes.

Turning a 60-minute workout into 2 hours of drifting.

That’s how you can work hard and still stay in the same place.

At BBB, your session is already built before you walk in.

Loads are set. Progression is mapped. Rest is controlled. You just execute.

No thinking. No wandering. No “what should I do next?”

Training that compounds every week.

If your sessions feel long but your results feel slow, that’s usually the gap.

Link in bio if you want structured training that actually respects your time.

If fat loss still feels like a grind...

Chances are you’re stuck in the “eat less, move more” loop.

But burning out isn’t a strategy — it’s a setback.

Because when you lose muscle, you slow your metabolism.

The real cheat code?

Build strength.

Muscle burns more fuel.

It protects your joints.

And it helps you get lean without starving.

Lift 2–4 times per week.

Eat for performance.

Train with intent.

DM “LEAN” and we’ll build you a plan that actually works.

How annoying is it when you need to wait for a squat rack only for someone to start doing bicep curls 🫠

We structure ever class, everyone always gets their reps in, a coach always watches form and helps with weight selection.

Like a well oiled machine, you get in, get stronger, fitter, make friends, then get out.

Need extras? Just stay back and do them!

People often mistake training for longer with better outcomes.

For 90% of people, you lose gas after the first hour and don’t have the ability to create enough intensity to get a stimulus from what you’re doing.

Most of our sessions have around 30-35 minutes of actual working time, with the rest of the session being spent warmup and cleaning up movement patterns.

This was a session where I was in and out after 40 minutes - give it a go!
