Saturday's runners:
Rosehill Gardens:
Race 1: So Rebellious (pictured) steps up to 1800 for today's midway. He had the pace bias against him last start when back in a slowly run race and is a much better chance than his generous odds suggest.
Kembla Grange Racecourse:
Race 1: Cool Ledger looks to break her maiden over 1400. She was good last start when making a long run and has her hoof firmly on the till .
Race 2: Gosh Almighty steps up to the mile, now third up. He will relish the rise in distance and can run well at an each way price.
Race 4: Both Tatiana and Sampeng line up for Godolphin in the 1200 maiden for fillies and mares. Tatiana brings good form and is worth watching with a view to longer trips. Sampeng trialled well before her debut when she had no luck at Canterbury, she can improve sharply.
Best of luck to all connections!
Verona Rose dragged Zac Lloyd down the straight at Randwick today at her first trial back from a good spell. She will resume on the 12th at Rosehill.

A busy days for the team with Spring in the air!
Royal Randwick Racecourse:
Race 1: Long Legs (pictured) resumes in the midway over 1200. Despite only having one trial and being short of her best distance, this classy mare bring stakes form and can make her presence felt.
Doomben Racecourse:
Race 9: Kintyre heads north for the 85 1350. He has plenty of weight to contend with but this race offers a significant drop in class and he could run a cheeky race at each way odds.
Newcastle Racecourse:
Race 1: Farcolo resumes in today’s maiden over 900 for midway trained horses. She raced at a far stronger level last preparation and can be competitive today.
Race 3: Zensen looks to break his maiden over 1250. His form needs to lift but he’s now third up and looks ready to put his best foot forward.
Best of luck to all connections!
Celestial Grace toughs it out to break her maiden!
Well done to Laurel Oak Bloodstock and all connections who have given this girl the benefit of time and are now enjoying the rewards! 🥂🍻
Another winner for the stable. Bred and raced by Trilogy Racing and some of my mates ,The Champion had to lift late under the urgings of Robyn Freeman to finally win and start on his journey to live up to his name. He will more than like have a break now and hopefully see him stronger next time in work.
Proud of So Rebellious today at Kembla Grange . Trapped wide early but this 40k son of Rebel Dane showed his sires tenaciousness to get the win. Nice ride from Robyn Freeman keeping him honest late. Well done to his owners and my team at home.

A busy day for the stable with a big team heading to the races:
Rosehill Gardens:
Race 1: Talented mare Thames comes back to 1300 for today’s midway event. She handles rain affected ground and reunites with Braith Nock who rode her for a stakes placing just over 12 months ago. She can run well at a nice each way price.
Race 4: So Rebellious resumes over 1400 . Although this assignment looks tough, he is certainly worth a watch with a view to getting out in trip this preparation.
Race 5: Miss Hades resumes in a competitive fillies and mares race over 1400. She has two good trials under her belt but would have preferred drier conditions.
Race 9: Flying Trapeze was excellent when resuming as a gelding in a very competitive BM 88 at Canterbury. He drops back in grade here and could run a cheeky race at big odds.
Newcastle Racecourse:
Race 7: Promising three year old Polo steps up to 1850 for the first time against midway trained horses. She has been relaxing well in her races and will handle the rain affected track. It would be no surprise to see her fighting out the finish.
Best of luck to all connections!

An early start for the team with some good chances stepping out today:
Royal Randwick:
Race 2: Consistent Tenderize returns to 1600 for today’s midway event. He has a wide gate to overcome but has been racing well and is a genuine each way chance again.
Race 4: Matima steps up to Saturday grade for the BM 72 1300 against his own age group. The track is probably not as wet as he would like but he’s going well and drops significantly in weight.
Kembla Grange Racecourse:
Race 1: Squadrons has his first start in a race against his own age group over 1000. He’s shown good speed in his trials and is ready to kick off.
Race 5: We have two chance in the maiden over 1400. Babyfaced Assasin is first up and looks like an each way chance as he kicks off his campaign. The Champion has waited patiently for a dry track and is a winning chance if he gets luck from the wide gate.
Best of luck to all connections!
