This week is Mental Health Week and this weekend I am co-hosting two 'Move for your Mental Health' classes with

These are Jungle Body classes that are a fusion of KONGA, VYPA and TYGA. Same great vibes and music as you get in our weekly classes.

We kick it off on Friday (tommorrow!!) with a class in the Valley.

Then we back it up on Saturday night with a FREE class at LSKD Rooftop in Loganholme (nice and close!!!)

There will be a LIVE DJ, loads of give-aways and a great fun vibe, it's the perfect Mental Health break and everyone is welcome!
