QEII Track Club

Another big day for our QE2 athletes - Grace with a top 8 and new PB in the discus (37m), Ethan in 6th place with a new PB in javelin (48.40), Eziah with a new PB in discus (49.52), and with Jeriah taking out first place and Cash taking the bronze in the same event.

Randall took home a new PB in the U20 men's discus (40.19) and Georgina threw a SB of 39.51m in the women's U20 discus. Adalena delivered a new PB in the women's U20 400m hurdles (1:07.51).

Our decathlete's also stepped up with Aidan securing a new PB of 4623 in the U17event, and Oscar also securing a PB with 4796 in the U18 men.

Lastly, Nina placed 4th in the U14 high jump, 4th in the shot put, 10th in the javelin and topped off her success with a gold in discus and a PB of 38.21m! 🤩

The action continues today at the Junior Nationals at QSAC.

A big congratulations to Adalena with a new PB in the triple jump (11.21), Jed who threw a new SB in the javelin (51m), Cash who threw a 15.94m PB in the shot put and just missed out on a medal with 4th place. Eziah (14.99) and Jeriah (14.08) also threw PB's in the same event.

Day 2 Junior Nationals ✅

Congratulations to Josh for🥈in the U18 men discus, with a new PB of 56.59m. Odysseus also secured a new SB and top 8 position in the same event.

A big shout out also goes to Nina who took out 4th place and a new PB of 1.54m in the U14 high jump. 👏

Bring on Day 3!!

A big congratulations to QE2 Track Club athlete, Willow, who competed in the U14 girls hammer throw at Nationals yesterday - walking away with a 24.67m throw and a new PB!

It was a big 4 days at the Queensland Athletic Association State Championships. A big congratulations to all our athletes who competed! 👏

We had three athletes competing in the QA Combined Events Championships over the weekend - a big shout out to Adalena Conlon who secured silver in the U20 women's decathlon (Qld), Aidan Vagne who took home bronze in the U17 men's decathlon, and Oscar Kemp who took silver in the men's U18 decathlon. Congratulations! 🙌

Queensland- Your Season Starts Here!

The new season opens on the 1st September. Please wait until then before you register for the 2025/26 season.

We do have a quick turnaround with entries for the QA All Schools opening on the 2nd September and closing in the 22nd September.

All athletes must be at least a base member to compete at QA All Schools.

It’s a big year, plenty of meets and the Junior Nationals being held in Brisbane.
