2016 = 12 years of teaching Pilates, 2nd year of my own business Fusion Pilates. We had Barre, Reformer & Clinical Pilates.
EFC footy sessions. New Staff ( ) Big energy And a Skelton Fred who lived his best life.
10 years later it looks a little different. Smaller, quieter, more intentional.
Not everything is meant to scale forever. Some things are meant to last.
Fusion Pilates is still here and I’m proud of that. 🤍

Ending the year with so much gratitude 🤍
Thank you to every single one of you for your support this year, especially during my time off for back surgery. I felt so held by this community, and I’m incredibly thankful.
Thank you for indulging me while I posted about the family business launch .zoi while I was recovering, there will be more Pilates and less sponges next year!
Classes have now wrapped up for the year and will resume the week of January 12.
Wishing you all a beautiful Christmas, a restful break, and a healthy, happy New Year🥂
