Huge thanks to Jeremy from QUT Sport who ran fitness training and Pilates sessions at Dorrington Park on Wednesday nights this season.
The free sessions helped our senior women's grass, Metro League and Masters players' physical conditioning – and their on-field performances.

Congratulations to our Norths DP1 senior women's grass side which has qualified for back-to-back grand finals!
Norths came from behind to defeat Commercial 2-1 in the preliminary final played at Downey Park yesterday.
DP1 is one of ten Norths sides which have booked a grand final berth, with another two Eagles teams playing preliminary finals this week.

Norths recently participated in NAIDOC Week celebrations at Downey Park, the home of Brisbane women's hockey.
Pictured is our DP3 senior women's side following its game with Valley.
As part of the celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, Indigenous artwork created by Laurie Anno, from Kalkadoon and Weiben Country, adorned goal box backboards.
In keeping with the tradition of offering visitors to country a gift, the Anno family presented a gift to Norths DP3 coach, Bronwyn Morris.

Get out and about to Brisbane hockey venues this Saturday to cheer on our Norths senior and junior teams playing in semi-finals.
Turf and grass games will be played at Chermside, Windsor, Redcliffe, Ashgrove and Colmslie.

Did you know that Norths 'old boy' Hywel Jones has been representing Wales at the FIH World Cup?
It is the third World Cup campaign for Hywel, who played for Norths in 2016.
