Itās amazing how quickly we can lose our routine⦠and how quickly our mind convinces us weāve lost all our progress too.
Thatās exactly where Iāve been these past two weeks.
No training.
No structured nutrition.
Way fewer daily steps.
And plenty of self-doubt.
It didnāt take long before I stood in front of the mirror and started picking myself apart.
āIāve probably lost muscle.ā
āIāve probably gained body fat.ā
āIāve undone all my hard work.ā
But when I stepped back and looked at the facts instead of my feelingsā¦
I realised my body hadnāt changed nearly as much as my mind thought it had.
Most of what I was seeing was:
⢠More fluid.
⢠Less muscle fullness.
⢠Lower daily movement.
⢠A disrupted routine.
Not months of lost progress.
Thatās the reminder I needed⦠and maybe itās the reminder you need too.
Because two weeks didnāt build your bodyā¦
ā¦and they wonāt undo it either.
So this week Iām not trying to āmake up for lost time.ā
Iām simply getting back to the habits that make me feel my best.
ā¤ļø One meal.
šļø One workout.
š¶ One walk.
One day at a time.
After more than 35 years of training and almost 18 years of coaching, youād think Iād know betterā¦
But even I need this reminder sometimes.
Life doesnāt expect perfection, and neither should we.
If life has thrown you off track recently, donāt wait until Monday.
Just begin. š¤
Have you ever convinced yourself youād undone all your progress after a week or two off?
Iād love to know Iām not the only one. š¤

⨠My current supplement stack ā the Transform & Elevate way āØ
This is the supplement stack I personally use and often talk through with my clients.
Not because you need more thingsā¦
But because the right support can make training feel better, more consistent, and far more sustainable.
Iām not about extremes or overloading supplements.
Iām about supporting the body so it can keep showing up - in training and in life.
šŖ Creatine
I use this to support strength, power, and muscle. Itās one of the most researched supplements out there and something I regularly educate clients on, especially as we get older and muscle maintenance becomes more important.
š¦ Hydration + electrolytes
This is non-negotiable for me. Proper hydration supports energy, recovery, and how you actually feel during training, especially when life is busy and stress is high.
š„ Acetyl L-Carnitine
I use this for energy and mental clarity. It helps support training without feeling overstimulated or drained.
š± Collagen (Protein Water)
This one is about longevity. Joints, tendons, and connective tissue matter just as much as muscle and this helps support the body long term. Itās also a great way to help prop up your protein intake for the day, especially if you struggle to hit your numbers consistently.
š Intra-workout support (Hydreau)
I use this to help maintain energy during sessions so training feels supported, not exhausting.
⨠The bigger picture
This stack supports:
āļø strength without burnout
āļø recovery without extremes
āļø hydration and energy
āļø consistency you can maintain
Supplements donāt replace food, sleep, or good training.
They simply support the foundations when used with intention.
As always, supplements should be individual to you, your goals, your body, your lifestyle š¤

I havenāt changed careers - but I changed how I coached.
After 18 years in the fitness industry, Iāve learnt that pushing harder isnāt always the answer.
What works is understanding the body better:
⢠How it moves?
⢠How it recovers?
⢠What it needs now?
Thatās why my approach brings together strength training, nutrition and hands on bodywork, to support the body as a whole.
I work with women who are done with extremes and want to feel capable, strong and supported- in a way that fits real life.

A few little tweaks to food, training and daily steps in the first week of 2026 and we got a few small changes in the progress photos.
Consistency is my main focuses for this year.
This is how I coach ā progress built through repeatable habits, not extremes.
