As you may have heard, there is currently a worldwide Mastercard outage affecting some payment methods, including Tap & Go, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Some banks have advised that if you have a debit Mastercard, you may still be able to make a payment by inserting your card and selecting SAVINGS rather than using contactless payment.

While the outage continues, we kindly ask that you have an alternative payment method available when dining with us tonight, just in case your usual payment method is affected.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Soldiers Beach would like to congratulate Simon Falconer for being awarded Life Membership at today's AGM.

Simon has been a member since 1986, and started patrolling in 1995. He has held many positions including Trainer, Patrol Captain, Deputy Club Captain, Secretary and President.
He has represented the club at 2 National Leadership courses and is constantly looking at ways to better the club.

Thanks for your many years of service.
