About the Role:
As a Rostering Administrator, you will play a key role in coordinating support staff rosters while ensuring compliance with allocated hours and the SCHADS Award. You’ll be the direct contact for support workers regarding rostering matters and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

Rostering support workers to NDIS participants within allocated hours

Ensuring compliance with the SCHADS Award

Managing rostering using the Visualcare system (experience with Visualcare highly advantageous)

Communicating with support staff and stakeholders regarding rostering

Sending reminders for upcoming expired service agreements

Greeting guests in the office

Scanning, uploading, and filing confidential information

Supporting the team with general administrative duties

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in rostering or workforce coordination (NDIS sector preferred)

Experience with Visualcare system highly advantageous

Knowledge of SCHADS Award compliance

Strong organisational and communication skills

A team player with a proactive, positive attitude

Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail

Current Blue and Yellow Cards

National Police Check

First Aid and CPR certificates (preferred but not essential)
