I nearly didnât post this. And thatâs kind of the point.
Imposter syndrome is real.
There are still days I question myself. Days I wonder if Iâm good enough, experienced enough, successful enoughâor whether I should just keep my head down and stop putting myself out there.
Because when you put yourself out there, people will have opinions.
People will talk.
Some will support you.
Some wonât.
And some will probably talk about you behind your back.
Iâm learning to be okay with that.
Because when I look around at what weâre building at Dynamic, Iâm bloody proud.
Iâm proud of the people who walk through our doors nervous and unsure, and slowly start finding themselves again.
Iâm proud of the friendships being built.
The confidence growing.
The people getting stronger.
The parents finally doing something for themselves.
The laughs, the hard sessions, the little wins and the massive ones.
And Iâm proud that I kept showing upâeven when that little voice in my head told me I had no business being here.
Showing up on social media doesn't always come naturally to me. It actually takes a fair bit of courage sometimes.
But I keep doing it because somewhere out there is someone else who is nervous too.
Someone who has been watching quietly.
Someone who doesn't feel fit enough yet.
Someone who has lost themselves somewhere amongst work, kids, responsibilities and looking after everybody else.
So maybe me being brave enough to show up here helps you be brave enough to walk through our doors.
You don't need to have it all together.
Neither do I.
We can just keep showing up anyway. â€ïž
And if you've been quietly watching Dynamic thinking, maybe I could do thisâŠ
You can.
Come and find yourself again with us.
