Here’s the piece most parents are missing.
Speed and confidence don’t bolt on piece by piece. They fire in sequence — just like an engine.
Teach the push off, the arm drive, the acceleration as separate parts, and your kid can rev each one on its own.
Then game day comes — and the engine won’t turn over.
Because the firing order has to be wired in first. Push off, then drive, then acceleration — in that order — before any of it fires automatically under pressure.
Random parts don’t make an engine run. The firing order does.
That’s exactly what Fire The Engine installs.

Natural Born Running
Is your kid capable but struggling with confidence? I help kids 8–16 build real confidence through movement — not pep talks. Let's fix that together.
Melbourne Myotherapist & Youth Running Coach.
You could easily change your kids performance before next weekends game by just tweaking 3 things in their running technique.
Posture - Leaning from the ankles creates their natural accelerator.
Push Off - The way they interacts with the ground dictates how fast they can go
Arms - The arms ignite your kids engine, their legs.
Comment “speed” and ill show you how 🏃♂️💨
If you could give your kid the gift of confidence and self/esteem, would you do it?
If you could give your kid the tools to navigate stressful, anxious, scary situations, would you do it?
If you could give your kid the understanding and knowledge of how to feel and look more assertive, would you do it?
I would say 100% of parents would!
And all of this can be done through the education around their own bodies and how to use.
Confidence and self esteem is closely linked to how connected someone is to their body and being in control.
But look around at the majority of kids with anxiety, shyness, ADHD, quiet, nervousness etc
They all lack the ability to understand how their body works for them and therefore have no idea how to carry themselves through life.
Change this now and give them this unforgettable gift by commenting “Speed”
And I’ll show you how to transform them.

3 technique fixes is all your kid needs to ignite their natural speed from within.
A speed program won’t build this but learning speed mechanics will!
Simple fixes for maximum results.
Comment “Punch” for the full breakdown
Speed is teachable.
A kid just needs to learn how to use their body and what to do with it.
Of course, some kids are just going to be naturally faster but every single kid has the capacity to improve.
We’ve just got to give them the knowledge of their own bodies mechanics.
Let me give it to them by you commenting “Speed” 🏃♂️💨
Challenge your kids to these 3 drills and see how much speed they increase by:
1. Lean from the ankles - creating their natural accelerator
2. Push Off - Ignite their slower and speed by how they interact with the ground
3. Arms - Your arms dictate what the legs need t do.
Comment “Punch” and I’ll send you more in depth details of how.
I always get blown away with what can be achieved in only an hour of technique work!
This transformation has been one of my favourites because this young athlete continued to practice after we had finished then session.
He probably ran up and down and extra 20 times, and with the biggest smile on his face because he now had new knowledge and new skills to play with.
Comment “Analyze” and I’ll do the same for your young superstar.
Building speed in your kid is quite simple when you know what to look for.
There are so many other speed programs out there tell you how to build speed but rarely any of them break down the actual mechanics and show your kid how to use their body.
A generic speed program can work but if the underlying mechanics in your kid are untrained, the results just won’t happen.
Give your kid the knowledge of their own body and the sky is the limit for them.
So comment “Punch” and I’ll give your kid that knowledge and the speed that comes with it.

Speed doesn’t have to be complicated.
Especially for kids who are all learning how to navigate their bodies and use it to their advantage best ability.
Kids love their sport, love scoring a goal, or winning a race.
But no one actually tells them how their body works and how to utilise it to their potential.
Speed programs, cone drills, ladder exercises just give them something to do, they don’t show them how their body works.
And a kid who has knowledge and confidence in their own body becomes unshakeable in their sport and everything outside of sport.
So comment Punch to give your kid this gift of knowledge.
