I don't think our biggest life transitions begin with a crisis.
I think they begin with a whisper.
A quiet thought that visits every now and then.
"Is this really it?"
"Why doesn't this excite me anymore?"
"Why am I suddenly questioning things I've never questioned before?"
Most of us don't pay much attention.
Life is busy.
We convince ourselves we're just tired.
Stressed.
Ungrateful.
Going through a phase.
So we carry on.
Until one day...
those whispers become too loud to ignore.
Looking back, I don't think the whisper was new.
It had always been there.
I was simply too busy becoming the person I thought I needed to be to hear it.
Eventually, the questions changed.
I stopped asking,
"What should I do next?"
and started asking,
"Who am I becoming?"
That's the moment I now call The In-Between.
The space where the life you've built no longer answers the questions you're beginning to ask.
Not because you've failed.
Not because you've made the wrong choices.
But because you've changed.
And maybe...
that's exactly what this season has been trying to show you all along.
If this feels familiar, you've found the right place.
This page is for women navigating The In-Between—through Awareness, Acceptance and Aligned Action.
So grab a coffee.
Stay awhile.
I'm glad you're here.

Here's how to recognise when your busy mind has become an identity, not just a habit:

1. Notice when you scroll through your phone looking for something to solve the moment you sit down
2. Pay attention to how uncomfortable genuine rest feels in your body
3. Observe whether you automatically fill quiet moments with tasks or planning
4. Ask yourself: when was the last time I sat still without needing to be productive?
5. Notice if you feel guilty when you're not actively solving, planning, or thinking ahead
6. Recognise when you create problems to solve because your mind doesn't know what else to do
7. Check whether you've started introducing yourself through what you carry, not who you are

Your mind isn't broken.

It's simply been in problem-solving mode for so long that it's forgotten there's another way to exist.

The work isn't learning how to switch off.

It's becoming comfortable meeting the version of yourself who exists when there is nothing left to solve.

💭 Save this if you're ready to recognise the pattern and begin to shift it.

It's waking up feeling emotionally flat.

The things that used to energise you don't.

Even the life you worked so hard to build feels... ordinary.

There are two reasons this happens.

The first is the one most people know.

You've built a life that was never really yours. Your boredom is telling you something needs to change.

But the second reason is much easier to miss.

You loved the life you built... until you quietly outgrew it.

Nothing dramatic happened.

You just stopped feeling excited by the things that once lit you up.

Most people think something is wrong with them.

But sometimes, boredom isn't a sign you're lost.

It's the first sign you've changed.

The question isn't always, 'How do I get my excitement back?'

Sometimes it's, 'Who have I become that this life no longer fits?'

If you're navigating the space between the life you've built and the life you're being called to create, my page is for you.

There comes a point where the life you've worked so hard to build no longer feels like home.

Not because you've failed.
Not because you're ungrateful.

But because you've outgrown the version of you who built it.

The hardest part isn't knowing what comes next.

It's giving yourself permission to admit that something inside you is asking for more.

You don't need to have all the answers today.

You only need to be willing to listen.

🤍 If this found you at exactly the right time, save it for the days you need the reminder most.

The version of you that never got to happen.

That's the grief most people can't name. The life that looked successful from the outside while something essential went quiet on the inside.

If you're living in that in-between right now, somewhere between who you were and who you're becoming, and it feels lonely and unrecognisable and exhausting, I see you.

This is exactly the territory I work in.

Comment BETWEEN below and I'll send you a free guide that names what's actually happening and what to do with it ❤️

I don't think this question gets asked often enough...

When women tell me they feel guilty for wanting more, they almost always assume the problem is them.

Not because they lack gratitude.

Because their life gives them no logical reason to feel dissatisfied.

That's what makes this season so confusing.

We've been taught to evaluate our careers by external measures:

Income, status, achievement, security.

But fulfilment doesn't work that way.

It evolves.

The woman who chose this career may have genuinely loved it.

She may have built exactly the life she wanted.

That doesn't mean she's obligated to want the same life forever.

One of the most compassionate things we can do is stop asking,

"What's wrong with me?"

and start asking,

"What has changed within me?"

Those are very different questions.

One assumes you've failed.

The other assumes you've grown.

Maybe that's what the in-between really is.

Not the absence of direction...

but the moment your inner world begins asking for a different conversation.

I had a good job. A respectable job. The kind that sounds impressive when someone asks what you do at a dinner party.

I'd worked hard to build it, and by most measures, I'd succeeded.

And yet, I was quietly falling apart inside.

Not in a dramatic way.

In that slow, grey, creeping way that's easy to ignore because nothing is technically wrong.

I'd sit at my desk while my mind wandered somewhere else entirely. I'd look at my calendar and feel a heaviness I couldn't explain. I'd get through the week, tick every box, and wonder why none of it felt like anything anymore.

So I did what made sense.

I took a holiday. Changed roles. Made a new plan. Read the books. Took the courses. Built the spreadsheets.

The feeling stayed.

Eventually, I realised something that took me far longer than it should have.

I didn't have a career problem.

I had an identity problem.

The version of me who had built my life had simply reached her limit.

She hadn't failed.

She had finished becoming who she needed to be.

The problem was that I had outgrown her before I knew who I was becoming.

That space between who you've been and who you're becoming is what I call **the in-between**.

If you're there right now, you already know what it feels like.

The certainty that once grounded you has disappeared.

The strategies that used to work no longer do.

The life that once fit suddenly feels too small, yet you can't quite see what's next.

It's disorienting.

It's uncomfortable.

And it can make you question everything.

Most people think the in-between is something to rush through.

I think it's one of the most important seasons of your life.

Because this is where you stop living from who you've been...

..and start becoming the woman your next chapter requires.

That's why I do the work I do today.

I'm Sabrina, and I help successful women navigate the in-between—from feeling trapped in a life that no longer fits to building deep self-trust and creating a life that's aligned with who they're truly becoming.

If this resonated with you, I'd love to know:

**What's one word that describes the season you're in right now?** ❤️For years, I thought the problem was my career.

It wasn't.

I had a good job. A respectable job. The kind that sounds impressive when someone asks what you do at a dinner party.

🚪 Three signs you've outgrown your career, not just your role.

Most women think they need a different job.

A better manager.
More flexibility.
A healthier culture.
A promotion.

So they leave...

Only to feel exactly the same a year later.

💭 Because it was never the role.

It was the identity the career was built around.

Here's how you know you've outgrown the career itself.

1️⃣ You're no longer stretched. You're simply performing.

You're good at your job.

🤍 But somewhere along the way, competence stopped feeling fulfilling.

The work no longer challenges who you're becoming.

It simply asks you to repeat who you've already been.

2️⃣ Success feels strangely empty.

🏆 You hit the targets.

People respect you.

From the outside, your career looks successful.

Yet every achievement feels flatter than the one before.

✨ Not because you're ungrateful.

Because external success can no longer compensate for internal misalignment.

3️⃣ You feel like you're living someone else's definition of success.

❓You catch yourself wondering:

"Is this really it?"

🌱 Not because you've failed.

Because you've changed.

The woman who chose this career had different values, ambitions, and a different definition of fulfilment.

You've evolved.

Your career hasn't.

🧭 This is where so many women get stuck.

They try to solve an identity transition with career solutions:

A new company.
A new title.
A pay rise.
Another qualification.

But no external change can resolve the discomfort of becoming someone your current career no longer has room for.

🌉 This isn't about finding the perfect next job.

It's about being honest enough to admit you've outgrown the life you once worked so hard to build.

💛 The grief is real.
The uncertainty is normal.
And the space between who you've been and who you're becoming isn't something to rush through.

It's something to learn how to navigate.

💬 If this feels like you, follow along for honest conversations about identity, ambition, and what comes after you've outgrown the career you thought you'd have forever.

🚗 The morning I sat in my car and could not walk into the building.

I had done this a thousand times before.

Same parking spot.
Same route.
Same routine.

But that morning, my body refused.

🤍 Not because I was tired.
Not because I was sick.

Because something inside me had reached capacity.

💭 This is what happens when we override our inner knowing for too long.

The hesitation becomes physical.
The doubt settles into your chest.
The gap between who you are and what you're doing becomes impossible to ignore.

✨ Most women interpret this moment as a breakdown.

I now understand it as precision.

🌿 Your body is not failing you.

It is protecting you from continued misalignment.

🧭 It is asking you to stop pretending certainty exists before you move.

It is showing you that the work is not about eliminating the fear of walking away.

It's about building the capacity to remain connected to yourself while everything feels unresolved.

🚘 I sat in that car for twenty minutes.

💛 Not because I was weak.

Because I was finally listening.

🌱 That was the beginning of learning to trust what my body knew before my mind could articulate it.

🌉 If you recognise this, you're not stuck.

You're in transition.

And transition requires a different kind of courage than the one that got you here.
