Are you a professional or business owner with ADHD?
You know what needs to get done. You KNOW you're capable of doing it.
So why can't you START?
Procrastination. Task initiation paralysis. Avoiding the hard stuff until the pressure piles up.
Meanwhile, you can solve complex problems, run a business, lead people and produce brilliant work.
Your struggles may not be separate from your strengths - they may be two sides of the same trait.
The FREE Collaros ADHD Strengths Screener (CASS) helps you discover YOUR unique ADHD strengths - and where those same strengths may be quietly working against you.
Start here. It takes 5 minutes. đ

True Story.
Many years ago, when I lived in South Africa, I was invited to speak on a national radio programme.
I was excited.
Honoured.
And then...
I completely forgot.
Not because I didn't care.
Not because I wasn't prepared.
And also not because I dreamed of throwing my professional reputation into the abyss!
I simply never wrote it in my diary.
I was merrily on my way with the family to the Kruger National Park for the weekend.
I got a phone call:
"How would you like to start the show tonight?"
Nothing registered at first. Silence.
"I was thinking that maybe you...."
Blood shifting from the central nervous system; I was mortified.
For years, I told myself stories about what that meant.
"So unprofessional"
"Immature"
"How could you forget something so important?"
But now?
I understand my brain a lot differently.
The story changed.
The shame got quieter.
And that's one of the greatest gifts of understanding your ADHD.
Not excuses.
Just understanding.
I'd love to know... what's the one thing you've forgotten that still makes you laugh (or cringe) today? Hit reply and tell me - I promise you're in good company.
Empathetically,
Dr Debbie x
If you've ever wondered why your brain can remember the most random fact from 1987... but forget something incredibly important, that's the kind of thing I unpack inside CASS Decoded.

ADHD is different for women.
Different symptoms.
Different hormonal influences.
Different social expectations.
And often⌠a very different kind of shame.
Many capable ADHD professionals grow up believing they are disorganised, lazy, inconsistent - or somehow failing to live up to their potential.
But what if the real issue isnât your abilityâŚ
What if itâs that your brain has been measured using the wrong rulebook?
I work with high-functioning ADHD professionals who are intelligent, creative and capable - yet still find that work feels harder than it should.
Often the missing piece isnât more discipline or better productivity tools.
Itâs understanding how your brain is actually wired.
To help people start recognising their strengths, I created the Collaros ADHD Strengths Screener (CASS).
Itâs the first strengths-based ADHD screener designed to help you identify how your wiring shows up at work.
In less than 5 minutes, youâll discover some of the ADHD strengths that may be quietly driving your:
⢠creativity
⢠problem-solving
⢠resilience
⢠innovation
Youâll also receive a companion guide:
âCASS Strengths Leveraged in the Workplaceâ
