🏁 ROUND 2 WRAP UP 🏁

Congratulations to all the teams for a job well done!

The Bend Shell V-Power Motorsport Park was definitely one of those tracks we all dream about racing on, and it didn't disappoint.

Friday seen us struggling with set-up and was in 4th until we did a small change to bump us up into 2nd by a wisker, but still with a lot of work to be done to catch Dale Cornfoot in the yellow BDK Racing Kenworth.

Saturday morning Race 1 and we finished 2nd only to be disqualified for having a lead foot and going over the speed limit on the restart, we failed to collect any points.

The two Teams Races were up next we had Brett Dalglish and Steven Zammit both racing. Steven was filling in for Robert O'Connor in the Ledgendary Fate Racing #96 Kenworth. The first race seen Steven getting a bit of his own back with Brett overtaking him using some great race craft.

In race two Steven shot to a nice lead and was getting very comfortable in Fate 96 holding off Dale Cornfoot for a few laps, until it decided to put a leg out of bed going into the brake zone on turn 1. There were engine parts flying everywhere, luckily everyone missed him as he came to a stop.

This is so unfortunate as the truck was getting faster and faster.
Steven was devastated for Frank Amo and the Fate Racing team as it gave no warning, even Frank said he would usually try and fix anything but this one was toasted.

Brett, Jjz Zammit and Paul Azzopardi took the truck over to the Drags and had a bit of fun with the rest of the teams to support Truck Drags Australia first Adelaide event.

Sunday morning the team was still struggling with some issues, everyone done their best to compete with some fantastic racing to finish of the weekend.

A big congratulations to Brett for taking both the wins in the teams races.
