Big shout out to 8 weeks and he has smashed it!

Going Ibiza looking like a bulldozer!

With Ibiza in his sites he put his head down and went for it.

He did say to me he was gonna have a quiet weekend every weekend and was out sinking stone and woods til god knows when 🫠

But Considering he was out 7 of the 8 weekends! What a cracking result. Just shows have a system and if your gonna play hard, then you gotta work even harder!

The basics
- 10-15k steps a day
- Calories tracked
- 6-8 hours of quality sleep
- Weight training, lifted with intent and good form
- Drink 3 L of water

The complicated
- Burpees between sets
- Weight loss teas and drinks
- Fad diets, intermittent fasting, juice diet, cleanses 🤢
- fancy exercises with a band that isolate your big toe

What your thoughts are 🧠 you become.
Whether that’s positive 😃
Or negative 😤

The way you think about yourself, your situation, your work will ultimate determine your energy towards that subject.
-
If you don’t think a positive out come is possible from an action. chances are you aren’t gonna do that action!
-
If you are constantly thinking & worrying about all the bad things that could happen too you. Or have happend to you that you can’t change. That’s tiring. 😴
It will physically drain your energy 🪫

But if you think of the possibilities of what you CAN do and that no matter what problem comes you way it’s a challenge and you can beat it there is a high chance you’ll have a higher energy output towards the same tasks.

This applies to all areas of our life gym, work, relationships and day to day life.

Monitor your thoughts some are tiny but you may be spinning yourself into a negative state and not taking the action you need too. Leaving yourself drained

Yourself talk is the most important

Changing all your Can’ts to CAN’s is the smallest and easiest step to start with.

It’s you vs you remember
