ACT and NSW players came together for a joint training session focused on developing skills and sharing experiences.

Going forward, these sessions will be held alternately in Canberra and Sydney, creating regular opportunities for players to train together and helping strengthen the standard of Kho Kho in Australia.

It’s an honour for Kho Kho Australia delegation to meet with the High Commissioner of India to Australia, H.E. Nagesh Singh, and share our journey of growing the traditional Indian sport of Kho Kho across Australia.

We were delighted to discuss our efforts to build awareness, create playing opportunities, and strengthen sporting and cultural connections between India and Australia through Kho Kho.

Thank you to the High Commission of India in Canberra for the warm welcome and encouragement. We look forward to continuing to work together to introduce more Australians to this exciting indigenous sport.

Honoured to represent Kho Kho Australia at the IABCA Future of Industries Roundtable held at Australian Parliament on 2 July 2026, following our recognition as a 2026 IABCA Award Finalist.

The event provided valuable networking opportunities and meaningful conversations with leaders across industry and technology. It also reinforced an important message: sport is a powerful platform for building people-to-people connections and fostering cultural engagement—creating strong foundations for future business and international collaboration.
