Some great racing in our Wakefield Park round on the weekend in the two 30-minute races.

Driving his ex- Manthey-Racing GmbH Porsche GT3-R, Andrew Macpherson (AMAC Motorsport) took honours in Race 1, ahead of Wall Racing drivers Drew Hall and Caspar Tressider.

In the second race, Macpherson slotted back to third behind the Wall Racing team mates off the line, and what followed was an epic, three-way nose-to-tail battle that lasted the entire 30 minutes.

In the end, Hall withstood the pressure to take the win. Tressider was second across the line but a post-race time penalty for jumping the start relegated him to third behind Macpherson.

Matt McLellan finished fourth ahead of Glenn Townsend, who was involved in a battle with Andreas Latorre's Maserari GT4.

Well done to all our drivers, see you at the next round!

Some cool cars in the field for our round at Wakefield Park this weekend!

Andrew Macpherson AMAC Motorsport is running his recently-acquired Porsche 911 GT3-R, Angelo Lazarus is back for the first time in three years aboard his Lotus Exige and Andres Latorre is having his first race outing in the sleek Maserati Gran Turismo GT4.

Looking forward to seeing these cars (and more) on track for a pair of 30-minute races on Sunday!

2020 CUE ENDURO SERIES - FINAL POINTS

After such a disrupted season, we were thankful to still be able to run three rounds of the CUE Enduro Series (two at Sydney Motorsport Park and one at Phillip Island).

Congratulations to Glenn Townsend, who finished up as the overall champion ahead of fellow Lotus driver Steve Wan, with Andre Nader coming home third overall.

Nick Kelly ended up as the best of the GT Class drivers, Dylan De Szabo did a fine job to top the Class A standings in his older 997 Porsche Cup car, while the father-and-son combination of Michael and Dave Stillwell were the highest-placed competitors to run exclusively in Class C.

The full standings are available here: https://bit.ly/3hDerro
