📣 Tournament Information: On-the-Day Details 📣

📅 Date: Sunday, August 2.

🕘 Time: Doors open at 9:30 AM. First round starts at 10:00 AM. Players with a first-round BYE must arrive by 11:00 AM.

🏢 Venue: Celestial Billiards, Level 2, 630 George Street, Sydney 2000.

🌟 Format: 9-Ball, 9 on the spot, break box, winner break, single elimination, 31 player limited field. No three-point rule.

⏰ Match Time: Matches must start at their scheduled times. Players will forfeit one frame for every five minutes late until the match is forfeited.

📱 Digital Pool: Players will receive SMS notifications with their table, opponent, and race. If you are unsure, speak to tournament director Jenny Tran.

💸 Payout:
Winner: $500 + trophy
Runner-up: $250 + medal
Semi-finalists: $150
Quarter-finalists: $50
All other participants will receive vouchers.

👕 Attire: Players must wear appropriate attire, including t-shirts or collared shirts, shorts or pants, and closed-toe shoes. Offensive clothing and open-toe footwear are not permitted.

🎱 Rack Rules: Pattern racking is not permitted. Magic racks will be provided. Players may use their own magic racks if both players agree. Triangle racks are not permitted. For the finals livestream, racks will be determined using a rack generator.

🍽️🚽 Meal and Toilet Breaks: There will be no official meal break. Players are permitted one 5-minute break per match between frames and one 5-minute break between matches. Late returns will incur the same one-frame-per-five-minute penalty.

📵 Use of Electronic Devices: Devices must be turned off or placed on silent mode. Phone calls, headphones, earphones, and similar devices are not permitted during matches. A first complaint will result in a warning. A second complaint will result in forfeiture of the current frame.

❓Disputes: If a shot may result in a dispute, players should request assistance before the shot is played. Fouls cannot be called after the shot if a referee was not requested. Assistance should also be requested when removing a magic rack near balls.
