This 5-week course is designed to build your foundation step by step — from Isolation & Wave to Groove, basic steps and choreography.

Perfect for complete beginners or anyone looking to strengthen their fundamentals 💗

WEEK 1 | Head, Shoulder & Chest Isolation + Front Split
Body control, basic isolation techniques & flexibility

WEEK 2 | Hip Isolation + Combination + Middle Split
Hip control & isolation combinations

WEEK 3 | Wave + Front Split
Body waves, connection & fluidity

WEEK 4 | Groove + Step + Turn + Middle Split
Basic grooves, steps, weight transfer & turns

WEEK 5 | Beginner Girls Choreo 🎵 TikTok
Put everything together — Isolation / Wave / Groove / Step / Turn — in a full choreography.

💗 Course Goal
Rather than simply learning choreography, this course focuses on building a solid and systematic Girls Choreo foundation.

There will be plenty to learn in each class, so practicing between classes is highly recommended to get the most out of these 5 weeks ✨
